1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tx999 platform — including but not limited to the website at https://tx999.club, any associated mobile interfaces, and all games, betting markets, and services offered therein — you agree to be fully and legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tx999 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Where tx999 determines, at its sole discretion, that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above — particularly with respect to the minimum age requirement — tx999 will close the account immediately, void all bets and casino play conducted on that account, and withhold any and all balances pending further investigation. In cases of confirmed underage gambling, tx999 will take all reasonable steps to return net deposits made by the underage player.

3. Account Registration & Security

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tx999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tx999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings generated across those accounts.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

6.1 Sports Betting

Bets placed on sporting events — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are settled in accordance with the official result reported by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the determination of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) shall be final and binding. tx999 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where the integrity of an event is under formal investigation.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or verification process.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the same platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.

Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, any breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete the KYC verification process within a required timeframe, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, receipt of a valid legal notice requiring account action, or where continued operation of the account would expose tx999 to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receiving a valid closure request, tx999 will process any remaining real-money balance (i.e., funds deposited by the player, excluding bonus funds not yet released for withdrawal) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

Closure of an account does not release the player from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the closure date.
